CRC Jaipur organizes a special program on International Mother’s Day
Date of Event:
May 10, 2025
On the occasion of International Mother’s Day, the Composite Regional Centre for Skill Development, Rehabilitation, and Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities
(CRC Jaipur) organized an awareness program on
May 10, 2025 at the Anganwadi Centre, Bawariyon Ki Basti, Jamdoli.
A total of 25 mothers and 30 children from the local community enthusiastically participated in the event.
The objective of the program was to provide information about maintaining a
healthy lifestyle and adopting a balanced diet. Experts offered valuable
guidance on proper nutrition, maternal health, and dietary practices essential
for newborns and growing children.
Various recreational and fun activities were also organized for children to encourage
their overall development. Additionally, information about the range of services provided
by CRC Jaipur — including counseling, educational support, and rehabilitation services
for children with special needs — was shared with the participants.
At the conclusion of the program, the participating mothers expressed their appreciation
for CRC Jaipur’s efforts and requested more such initiatives in the future. The program
was successfully conducted under the guidance of Mr. Neeraj Madhukar, Director of CRC Jaipur,
who emphasized the importance of extending the center’s services to remote rural areas
so that more beneficiaries can access essential support and rehabilitation facilities.
